The field Officer is responsible for ensuring that our agents on the ground are having a wonderful experience.
Responsibilities:
- Visit agents and conduct surveys
- Gather agents’ feedback and report back to management
- Proactively ongoing reports to management on successes, opportunities, failures, threats
- Work with marketing and sales team on growth strategies; extracting and reporting data-driven conclusions
- Input data into suitable software (in-house and 3rd party)
Desired qualifications:
- High School or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, finance, accounting, business administration from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience as a field officer, outside sales agent, marketing executive 1+ years of experience in the fintech industry
- 1+ year working at a start-up
- 1+ year of experience with B2B and B2C customers
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Languages: Proficiency in French and English
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Calendar, Teams), POS devices, and any relevant tools.
