The Account Manager is responsible for making sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. Their duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.
The ideal candidate should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to the firm and clients. The main responsibility is to make sure a company’s customers are happy.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old businesses and acquire new customers
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
- Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited institution.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, information system from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- 2+ years of experience in the fintech industry
- 1+ year working at a start-up
- 1+ year of experience with B2B customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE
- Languages: Proficiency in French and English
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Calendar, Planner, Teams)
