Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for promoting our company’s products and services. The duties include answering the public’s questions about our company and our products/services, attending events and products launches to report about new products, generating leads and sales, leveraging digital platforms such as social media to advertise our company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop social media strategies and respond to client engagements
  2. Develop product marketing campaigns for clients
  3. Track and measure conversion rates, engagements and other key metrics for the campaigns; adjust as needed to maintain high conversion rates
  4. Create website contents including blogs to attract new clients and update existing clients while growing our digital platforms
  5. Attend corporate and public events to promote our company, products, and services
  6. Provide ongoing reports to management on successes, opportunities, failures.

Desired qualifications:

  1. High School or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited institution.
  2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, information system from an accredited institution.
  3. 3+ years of experience as a brand ambassador, outside sales agent, marketing executive or 5+ years of experience as an influencer.
  4. 1+ years of experience in the fintech industry
  5. 1+ year working at a start-up
  6. 1+ year of experience with B2B and B2C customers
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  8. Excellent attention to details
  9. Excellent negotiation skills
  10. Excellent leadership skills
  11. Certifications: Facebook Ads, Google Ads
  12. Languages: Proficiency in French and English
  13. Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail,Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Calendar), Adobe, Photoshop and any relevant tools.
